For Coffee Lovers: Our Coffee Beans are Oak Wood Roasting! The most common source of fuel used to supply a coffee roaster with heat is gas. We are, however, the only macro roaster in the United States to roast coffee beans exclusively over a fire fueled by oak wood.

The differences are not what one might expect. Unlike cooking with a wood oven or grill, where the smoke from the wood imparts a flavor to the final product, the main difference between wood and conventional roasting lies in the quality of the heat delivered to the beans. Heat derived from wood has higher moisture content and is better suited for slow roasting.

The more oil preserved within the bean, the more exquisite the final flavor will be.

This is one of the best lattes I’ve ever tasted! ☕️ Just be aware that they do not open at 7 AM, despite what the posted hours say. I’ve come multiple times, and they’ve actually opened closer to 7:30. So if you’re coming early, plan accordingly!

Just moved to the area and was hoping to find a good espresso. No joke, best coffee I've ever had! My partner & I were actually in disbelief of how great it is... So smooth, not too sweet, not bitter. Will definitely be making this my regular coffee spot!

I came here on a Saturday, and it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a hot rose latte, and the owner made my drink in front of me. The owner is a super nice guy, and he makes the BEST coffee. The latte was smooth with a hint of sweetness, not bitter at all, and a subtle rose flavor. This is by far my favorite coffee place now!

Just walked in randomly from one of my walks. This space is really tiny, but cozy. When I walked, then it was really empty, and I was only customer. I wasn’t feeling like coffee, so I got the drink with mango and Boba and coconut milk. It was thick and tasty and very rich. I also got the banana bread to go with it and it was an okay banana bread. Nothing special. I wouldn’t probably come here to have a cafe experience, but rather to just get coffee on the go.

Small Coffee & Tea store, but atmosphere is good. I come here the first time. I try Mango Thai Coconut Latte, the price and 10% tip are total $8.25.
